Key Responsibilities:


·Lead teams to plan and deliver projects to the highest standards.
·Provide technical leadership across a wide range of structural engineering projects.
·Coach and mentor junior and graduate engineers, supporting their development.
·Manage project delivery, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
·Serve as the first point of contact for clients, architects, contractors, and external stakeholders.
·Oversee commercial aspects including preparing fee proposals and managing client relationships.
·Contribute to multi-disciplinary collaboration and internal technical development.

What They're Looking For:


·Chartered Engineer, member of IStructE or ICE.
·Minimum 12 years' experience in design and project delivery.
·Strong knowledge of structural design codes and construction processes.
·Proficiency in analysis and design software such as GSA, SCIA, or ETABS.
·Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage resources, and deliver projects at varying scales.
·Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
·A passion for driving innovation in structural engineering and creating sustainable impact.
