📦 X50 Warehouse Operatives – Immediate Starts
📍 Location: Bedford
💰 Pay: £12.90 per hour + performance bonuses & overtime rates
🕒 Hours Available:

• 34.5 hours per week → Friday to Sunday, 06:00 – 18:00
• 20 hours per week → 2 days on the weekend (shift times to be confirmed)
  📅 Contract: Temp to perm opportunities after 12 weeks (dependant on performance & attendance)

KPI Recruiting are looking for X50 Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s busy team. This is a great opportunity for hardworking and reliable candidates to secure ongoing warehouse work with excellent pay rates and progression opportunities.

Your Duties Will Include:

• Operating LLOP (Low Level Order Picker) equipment to unload products (full training provided)
• Identifying product codes and placing stock into correct locations
• Wrapping completed pallets using handwrap machines
• Keeping the warehouse safe, tidy, and organised

What We’re Looking For:

• Safety boots and high-vis vest required (PPE)
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliability and strong work ethic

Pay & Benefits:

• £12.90 per hour for contracted hours
• +£2.00 per hour overtime
• +£4.00 per hour overtime (Nov–Dec)
• Pick rate performance bonus of up to £3.00 per hour extra
• Weekly pay
• Temp to perm opportunities after 12 weeks
