We are recruiting for a motivated 1st Line Engineer to be the first point of contact for desktop and infrastructure support across busy London portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting critical systems and building the foundations for a career in IT infrastructure.

The role:

  • Deliver first-line support and troubleshooting for desktop and infrastructure issues.
  • Escalate complex cases to senior engineers with root cause analysis.
  • Carry out daily system checks (servers, networks, comms rooms, backups).
  • Support the IT team with technical tasks, maintenance, and updates.
  • Keep clear records and communicate effectively with clients and team leaders.

Experience:

  • Previous IT support desk, analyst, or network experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • A real passion for IT with a drive to learn and grow.
  • CompTIA A+ certification (desirable).
