To qualify as a Primary Teacher/ Primary ECT you should:

• Hold a fully Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching primary education in a classroom environment
• We are seeking a Primary Teacher/ Primary ECT who have graduated with a 2:1 or higher from a top-leading university

• Be enthusiastic, proactive, and ready to bring engaging, imaginative lessons to life

• Possess strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and a genuine commitment to inclusive teaching

Primary Teacher/ Primary ECT: Job role

As a primary Teacher/ Primary ECT your responsibilities will include:

• Permanent, Full-Time Primary Teacher/Primary ECT role beginning in September 2025
• Primary Teacher/Primary ECT – paid to scale
• Interviewing
• Plan and Deliver Engaging Lessons: Craft and implement creative and effective lessons that captivate young learners and inspire a love of learning
• Manage Classroom Behaviour: Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and motivated to succeed
• Teach across all stages: A wonderful opportunity to weave your teaching magic across Year KS1 and KS2
