Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant: Candidate Specification

We're on the lookout for Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant who’s more than just qualified, someone magical! Their ideal Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant will:

• Hold a 2:1 or higher degree in Psychology, Education, or a similarly relevant subject
• Have a strong academic track record, especially through GCSEs and A-Levels
• Ideally have some experience supporting children in a primary school setting
• Be confident, warm, and endlessly patient
• Show genuine passion for working with children and making a difference in their learning journey
• As a Graduate Primary Teaching assistant, you must be able to work full-time, ready to dive into each day with energy and care
