Property Sales Manager Role:
As a Property Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end property sales process. You’ll drive business growth, manage client relationships, and lead by example in a competitive sales environment. The right candidate will have a passion for property, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven ability to close deals.

Property Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full sales cycle from market appraisal to property completion

• Generate new business through valuations, networking, and referrals

• Support and mentor junior sales staff to maximise team performance

• Conduct viewings and negotiate offers, ensuring a smooth sales process

• Maintain excellent client service standards and build long-term relationships

What They Are Looking For:

Essential:

• Previous experience in residential property sales

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Desirable:

• Experience in a managerial or team-leading role

• Knowledge of the local Farnborough property market
