The Role – English Teacher

• Contract: Permanent, full-time
• Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience and qualifications)

English Teacher - Your Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and inclusive English lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Inspire a love of reading, writing, and critical thinking
• Plan creative lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and needs
• Track student progress and tailor teaching accordingly
• Foster a positive, safe, and supportive classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff

English Teacher - What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• A degree in English, Education, or a related subject
• A genuine passion for teaching English and inspiring young learners
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A flexible, enthusiastic, and team-oriented mindset
