• Role: Fully Qualified Teacher (FQT)

• Location: Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT)

• Pay Rate: £166 per day (MPS)

• Contract Type: Full-time, long-term

• Start Date: Immediate

About the Role:

• Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons tailored to pupils' needs

• Plan, prepare, and assess in line with the national curriculum

• Support pupils of varying abilities and backgrounds

• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SEN staff, and leadership teams

• Maintain excellent classroom management and promote positive behaviour

Requirements:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – essential

• Recent teaching experience in a primary or secondary setting

• Strong knowledge of the curriculum

• Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
