You’ll be working with seasonal British produce, creating quality dishes, and handling a good volume of covers with a tight-knit team. • Up to £32,000
• Tronc on-top (Up to £400 per month)

What We are Looking For:

• Proven track record as a Chef De Partie within a fresh-food, Gastro Pub or restaurant environment.
• Good longevity and commitment within previous roles.
• Organised in the kitchen with insight into administration.
