Dispatch & Warehouse Operative

MDE Consultants are hiring for our well-established client in Bristol, a leader in the welding and fabrication industry. We’re looking for a motivated and hardworking team player to join their Dispatch department, ensuring smooth operations and efficient order processing.

📍 Location: Bristol
💷 Salary: £13.29 - £18.34
⏳ Job Type: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week

Shifts: Rotating every 2 weeks (includes £40 per week shift allowance)
🔹 Shift 1: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
🔹 Shift 2: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM (Monday -Thursday) & 12:30 PM - 6:30 PM (Friday)

The Role:

Reporting to the Dispatch Supervisor, you will play a key role in handling warehouse and dispatch operations. Your daily tasks will include:
🚛 Preparing, packing, and dispatching customer orders
📦 Organising stock and maintaining accurate inventory records
🔄 Receiving, checking, and booking in deliveries
📍 Coordinating materials and goods movement within the warehouse
🛠 Assisting with light assembly tasks as required
✅ Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
