The Role

We are looking for a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our family business in Saltash. This position is flexible, suiting both part-time and full-time candidates, depending on your willingness to take on general office duties in addition to bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input of invoices.
• Management of daily takings and rentals.
• Distribution of spreadsheets.
• Handling daily banking tasks.
• Maintaining creditors and debtors’ lists.
• Answering phone calls and managing communications.

The Person

We are seeking someone who:

• Has previous bookkeeping experience.
• Is proficient in using Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Possesses excellent communication skills.

• Is detail-oriented and highly organised.
