A Central London firm is looking for a conveyancer to work in the real estate department at their office located a 3 minute walk from Old Street Underground Station.  Ideally they are looking for a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with a minimum of 4 years' PQE in conveyancing work. Scope for plenty of remote working from home if preferred but some in-office attendance will be required.
 
Key requirements for this role are experience in the following:
 
Dealing with all aspect of residential property
 
Freehold / Leasehold purchases and sales
 
Remortgages
 
New Builds both freehold and leasehold purchases.
 
Preparing Transfers and new leases in any work for developers.
 
New builds with HTB loans
 
The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels negotiable depending on experience but should be very competitive.
