A Central London firm is looking for a property paralegal to work at their office located a 3 minute walk from Old Street Underground Station.  The role offers hybrid working so scope for plenty of working from home if desired. Candidates will need to have a minimum of 1 year's experience in either residential or commercial conveyancing.  
 
Candidates must have experience in property, including:
 
·Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases
·Re- Mortgages and re-finances including properties in companies.
·New Build purchases (useful to have HTB experience but not necessary)
·Buy to Let (including Company) purchases and re-finances
·Registration including companies house and Land Registry
·Drafting and Filing of SDLT Returns
·Experience in drafting reports on title and reports on mortgage
·Dealing with replies to pre-contract enquiries
·Drafting lender standard documents (e.g. mortgage deeds/guarantees)
 
Relevant professional training will be provided and career development opportunities available to the right candidate. This firm does tend to offer training contracts to paralegals who impress.
 
The role is full-time, permanent and salary levels will be 30k to 38k, depending on experience.
