A Central London law firm that provides online legal services is looking for a paralegal to work remotely from home. They are looking for a senior paralegal, who is experienced within commercial property and can work as a Team Leader for the paralegal team. They would essentially be the first point of contact for training and guidance for the other junior paralegals in the team, and also act as first point of contact for our lawyers with regards to questions and assistance relating to paralegal tasks. Property experience is essential. You must have experience in managing: Land registry and other property searches, SDLT submissions, Submitting AP1 & TR1's, checking title deeds, liaising with search providers, contacting management companies & lenders, managing through commercial property transactions, completion statements, OS1's, checking company registration certificates, land registry requisitions
 
Any litigation experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
 
Leadership skills are essential as this is a Team Leader position
 
This is a remote position and will allow you to work from home. You will be provided with a laptop.
 
The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels will be negotiable depending on experience but likely to be around 30k per annum. Further info available on request.
