A law firm located in West Sussex are looking for an experienced residential conveyancer to work in their office in Chichester. The firm are wanting a solicitor, licensed conveyancer or legal executive ideally with at least 3 years' PQE who can manage a caseload that includes Freehold and Leasehold Purchases and Sales, Re-mortgages, Transfer of Equity, Shared Ownership to include Staircasing, New Build Property (inc Help to Buy), Lease Extensions, Leasehold Enfranchisement, Equity Release. This is a well established, busy firm with good career prospects for the right candidate. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be 45k-50k.
