A law firm in Fareham is looking for a residential conveyancing locum to help out starting as soon as you are able for a period of 3-6 months. Some remote working may be possible for this role.

You should have experience in dealing with:

" Sale & Purchase
" Transfer of Equity
" Re-mortgages
" Leasehold & Freehold
" Shared Ownership

Also required:

" Good management of handling caseloads relating to residential conveyancing transactions
" Exceptional communication with clients, estate agents, commercial agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors
" Excellent communication, client care and organisational skills
" Strong interpersonal skills plus a professional and proactive approach to delivering exceptional client care
