What you’ll do:

• Support classroom learning in STEM/core subjects (Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, Computer Science).
• Deliver 1:1 or small group support to students needing extra help, including SEN pupils.
• Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons.
• Contribute to enrichment activities, clubs, and mentoring programmes.
• Gain hands-on experience and professional guidance towards a teaching career.

Who we’re looking for:

• Russell Group graduates (2:1 or above) in STEM or core subjects.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire students.
• Proactive, organised, and adaptable with a passion for education.
• Interest in developing a long-term career in teaching.
