An ambitious and socially inclusive secondary school in Barnet is seeking an Oxbridge Graduate Teaching Assistant to support high-achieving and underrepresented pupils. This is a meaningful and academically stimulating role designed for top-tier graduates who want to gain hands-on education experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Mentor students with university aspirations, including Oxbridge applicants
• Support pupils in your subject specialism, particularly at GCSE and A-Level
• Assist in leading stretch-and-challenge groups and enrichment sessions
• Run university prep workshops and help students improve academic writing
• Collaborate with teachers to support student engagement and success

You will be a role model for aspiration and resilience, helping pupils push themselves further.

• A graduate from Oxford or Cambridge (2:1 or above)
• Strong academic grounding in your subject
• Articulate, thoughtful, and passionate about education
• Eager to support social mobility and access to top universities
