HGV Class 1 Night Drivers – Bothwell (Trunking Only, Double-Manned)

Location: Bothwell
Job Type: Full-Time, PAYE
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Night Shift)
Pay Rate: £18.50 per hour
Shift Length: Approx. 14 hours per night

About the Company:

Join a well-established transport and logistics provider based in Bothwell, known for delivering exceptional service across the UK. They specialise in trunking and palletised distribution, ensuring efficient and reliable deliveries for a range of industries.

We are seeking experienced Class 1 Night Drivers for trunking operations only. This includes Double-Manned or Single-Trunk Runs down south, with shifts lasting approximately 14-15 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out single or double-manned trunking operations with no drops or collections.
• Drive safely and efficiently in compliance with transport regulations.
• Ensure accurate paperwork and E-pod documentation when required.
• Work collaboratively in a double-manned team when required.

Requirements:

• Valid HGV Class 1 licence
• CPC & Digital Tachograph card
• Previous trunking experience (preferred)
• Ability to work in both single and double-manned operations
• Strong understanding of transport regulations and safety procedures
