The Role

• The General Manager will lead the day-to-day operations of the resort and casino, making sure everything runs smoothly while delivering an incredible guest experience.
• This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with the team, drive results, and help create a fun, high-performing environment across all areas of the property.

• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• Proven experience in hotel or resort management
• Casino experience will be an advantage
• Hands-on management style
• Guest-focused mindset for delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards year-round
