Graduate Learning Support Assistant | Person Specification

• Graduate Learning Support Assistant
• Graduate with a 2:1 or above in an Education, Psychology or core subject degree
• Relevant SEN experience – welcomed but not essential
• Genuine passion to support pupils with SEN

Graduate Learning Support Assistant | Job Specification

• Graduate Learning Support Assistant role
• ‘Good’ graded school with superb learning facilities
• Support pupils in 1:1 or small group scenarios
• Assist class teachers with the running of the classroom
• SEN specific facilities such as sensory rooms and outdoor learning spaces
• Work closely with pupils with additional needs by providing essential support
• School located near Wallasey – great public transport links and staff car park
• Full-time role – Monday-Friday – 32.5 hours per week – term-time only
• Earn £500 - £520 per week
• Start date: September 2025

This Graduate Learning Support Assistant role is open to a compassioante individual looking to kickstart a career within the education sector.
