Title: Plumbing and Heating Engineer

Venn Group is working with a leading housing association to recruit a Plumbing and Heating Engineer for a temporary-to-permanent role based in North Wales. The role will focus on repairs and servicing within domestic properties.

Duties will include:

• Performing gas repairs, boiler breakdowns, and servicing on tenanted properties
• Conducting routine maintenance and safety checks on boilers, heating systems, and appliances
• Diagnosing and repairing gas-related issues
• Attend Plumbing and Heating breakdowns 
• Ensuring all work complies with current Gas Safe regulations
• Utilising PDA systems to log jobs and update records in real time

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 2 in Gas or Plumbing (or equivalent)
• CCN1 Gas Safety certification
• Proven experience in repairs, servicing, and maintenance of gas systems
• Driving License
