The Ideal Candidate:

• Has or is predicted to achieve a 2:1 or above from a Russell Group or Top 20 UK university
• Possesses a strong academic record and a genuine enthusiasm for working with young people
• Is proactive, resilient, and eager to grow professionally
• Has the right to work in the UK – please note, sponsorship is not available
