We are recruiting enthusiastic and driven graduates to work as Graduate Teaching Assistants at a reputable secondary school in Harrow. This full-time, term-time role is ideal for individuals looking to explore a career in teaching, educational psychology, or related education professions.

Position Details – Graduate Teaching Assistant

• Location: Harrow, Greater London
• Start Date: Immediate or September 2025
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm (term-time only)
• Weekly Pay: Up to £600 (depending on experience and responsibilities)
• Subjects Available: English, Maths, Science, Humanities, and other core academic subjects
• Role Type: Long-term, full-time placement

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support students in lessons, lead small group activities, and provide 1:1 academic and pastoral support under the guidance of experienced teachers.

Candidate Requirements – Graduate Teaching Assistant

• Minimum 2:1 degree in a core subject (e.g. English, Mathematics, Science, Humanities, or a closely related field)
• A genuine interest in working in a secondary school environment
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
• Previous experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is desirable but not essential
