Location: Thatcham, RG19 4PP
Salary: £31,000 - £39,000 (OTE £60,000)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays)
Work Location: Office-based with travel to local properties (driving licence required)

We are seeking a Lettings Manager to join their team in Thatcham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous estate agency experience looking to step into a rewarding leadership role within a driven, energetic business.

Lettings Manager Role:
As a Lettings Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the lettings process. You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of rental properties, growing new business, and leading a small team. This is a client-facing role that requires strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.

Lettings Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market appraisals and convert valuations into instructions

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the lettings department

• Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal teams

• Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies

• Train and support junior team members

• Maximise business opportunities and drive performance

What They Are Looking For:

Essential:

• Proven experience in estate agency (lettings side)

• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

• Strong local knowledge of Thatcham and surrounding areas

Desirable:

• Previous experience in a management or senior lettings role

• ARLA qualification (or working towards it)
