Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of kitchen operations, with focus on daily service.
  • Manage, train, and inspire a team of chefs and kitchen staff to uphold high standards.
  • Deliver seasonal, health-forward menus using premium, sustainable ingredients.
  • Maintain full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

  • Monitor kitchen performance, cost control, and operational efficiency.

About You:

  • You’re an experienced Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef with a background in high-end, health-focused dining.
