KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Reach Truck Driver for our client based in Wigan.

As a Reach Truck Driver your working hours and days are:

• Monday- Friday
• 05:00- 20:00 (start and finish times may vary)

The rate of pay as a Reach Truck Driver is:

• £13.25 p/h

The duties and responsibilities as a Reach Truck Driver are:

• They must have experience of using barcode scanners

• Operating the Reach Truck: Moving goods around the warehouse, including loading and unloading pallets and other materials
• Putting Away and Replenishing Stock: Ensuring that stock is stored efficiently and readily available
• Load Handling: Safely and correctly handling a variety of loads
• Warehouse Operations: Contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse 
• Safety Procedures: Following all relevant safety protocols and regulations
• Warehouse Management: Maintaining a well-organized and safe work environment

• Become familiar with all the products supplied by Glass half full
• Use Reach FLT Process and pick/pack orders accurately to ensure that all orders are dispatched and invoiced within the agreed delivery framework working closely with the courier on arrival for collections. You will be involved in the end to end process from receiving orders to shipping orders out
• Package goods correctly to ensure damage is prevented
• Ensure that stock levels are at suitable levels and report any possible up and coming shortages to Manager
• Perform any other duties deemed reasonable on request

The ideal candidate for a Reach Truck Driver would need:

• Reach FLT License (required)
• Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative (preferred)
• Ability to work well individually or in a team envrionment
• Good time keeping skills
• PPE- safety boots and Hi Vis
