Job Title: Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer

Salary: £49,400 (Plus OT)

Location: Telford

Contract: Fulltime, Permanent

Shift 4 on 4 off (days and nights)

Duties of the Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer:

• Providing technical leadership to operations colleagues during shifts.
• Responding to breakdowns and changeovers, working a 4 on, 4 off schedules (days and nights).
• Supporting lead development engineers with continuous improvement and new product development activities.
• Taking ownership of your work and meeting deadlines with internal stakeholders and contractors.

The Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer will have:

• A flexible team player with great ideas, enthusiasm, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
• A mechanically qualified, time-served technician with a systems and control focus, and knowledge of electrical control wiring diagrams.
• Someone eager to learn new techniques and technologies, with PLC programming and fault diagnosis experience.
• Experience in the food or processing industry is a bonus, but not essential.
