We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our growing network within our clients Depots across the country. Shifts are available, details of the shifts are below as we have a choice of nights or days.

Pay and Shift details:

• Days - £16.60

OR

• Nights - £18.05
• Speak to our team about part-year and irregular hours’ as we may be able to pay upfront holiday at 12.07% on top of the above pay rate

Job description below:

• Palletised goods delivered via a tailift and pump truck, from our Bolton depot into delivery units within a 30 mile radius.  
• Days - Approx 0600 start – 1500 finish, which may vary by an hour each way.
• Nights - Approx 2100 start – 0600 finish, which may vary by an hour each way.
• Need to be physically fit.
• Min 6 months exp – if you have any drivers without the experience please highlight it.

Essential skills and requirements for a HGV Class 2 Driver:

• We require you to have a full UK Driving Licence with a HGV Class 2 (Cat C) entitlement.
• An up-to-date Driver Qualification Card (CPC Card)
• In date Digital Tachograph Card
• No more than 6 points on your Driving Licence (No CD, DD, DR, DG Convictions)

Newly qualified drivers are welcome as well as those with experience and all drivers are expected to undertake a short driving assessment which includes a brief written test so basic English is required to complete this.
