Due to expansion, a commercial litigation solicitor is sought for an established law firm based in Hull. The firm deal with a range of UK based small to medium sized businesses as well as a number of international clients. The caseload will comprise a mix of:   
 
Insolvency Litigation
 
Contract Disputes, Warranty Claims and Disputes & Shareholder Disputes
 
Property Litigation
 
Professional Negligence
 
The firm are looking to take on candidates either on a salaried or consultancy basis. There is scope for some home-working if candidate is working on a consultancy basis but the permanent role will be office based.
