An up and coming technology firm is looking for a commercial solicitor to work fully remotely from home as the firm's in-house counsel. The firm is looking for a solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE who has solid experience in employment law, Intellectual Property and general Corporate law. Ideally applicants would have some experience of helping restructure businesses, M&A and litigation (particularly around negligence claims) but these areas are very much ideal and not essential.  Happy to consider candidates in private practice looking to make the move to in-house or someone who already has in-house experience. The role will be full-time, fully remote from home and salary will be negotiable depending on experience but likely to be in the 70k to 100k per annum bracket.
