Tax Advisor

Are you looking for a new challenge in Taxation? Our client is looking for an experienced Tax Professional to join their Uttoxeter business. This role offers responsibility and immense opportunity to take charge of an expanding client base.Working as part of their taxation service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the office compliance deadlines are met in a timely mannor.

Duties will include:

• Managing a portfolio of tax clients
• Preparing self-assessment tax returns, with some exposure to Corporation tax
• Completing P11D's
• Dealing with HMRC
• Building excellent relationships with clients
• Liaising with colleagues internally on tax compliance issues
• Liaising with clients on tax compliance and ensuring their tax affairs comply with statutory requirements
• Providing advice and guidance to clients
• Including tax planning, business restructuring, inheritance tax and HMRC tax clearances

Candidate skills:

• CTA, ATT or qualified by experience
• Demonstrable and effective communication of working in an advisory, client facing role
• Close attention to detail
• Ambitious and career oriented
