An opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to work with a leading, regional main contractor, working on a full time, permanent basis. Typical projects will include new build projects within the care, education, commercial and retail sectors, with values of £5m-£20m.

Quantity Surveyor - The Role:
- Preparing tender and contract documents
- Contract negotiation
- Take offs & forming bill of quantities
- Analysing subcontractor tenders
- Appointment of subcontractors
- CVR's

- Claims Management


Quantity Surveyor - Requirements:
- CSCS
- Degree Qualified Or Equivalent
- Suitable Experience Required within The Care, Education, Commercial And Retail Sectors.
- Full UK Driving License
