Up to £23,000 basic with uncapped commission and benefits (OTE £29,000)

Building on their continued success, my client now needs several additional Sales Executives to join their small telesales team in January 2023. They strive to provide a good work life balance for employees with no weekend or evening work. For this Sales Executive role the successful candidate will require a confident professional telephone manner coupled with a background in sales, telesales, telemarketing, customer service, hospitality, or retail. The new Sales Executives will be coached in the sales and product skills required to succeed. If you are motivated by hitting targets and earning money, there are opportunities to do so!

The Sales Executive’s main responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with customers via telephone, and sell car protection insurance policies
• Work to sales targets in a fun, motivational and friendly environment

Based in modern offices with free car parking, located close to A46 and within walking distance of Warwick town centre and Warwick Parkway train station.
