A law firm in Birmingham are looking for a family locum to help out for 1-2 days per week while they recruit permanently. You should be an experienced family law caseworker fully confident with divorce and finances with private child law matters and expertise in divorce, domestic violence and S8 applications as well as acrimonious financial disputes. Good shared support available but no exclusive legal secretary. You will need to be able to work quickly and manage your own case load with minimum support as the firm receives 2-4 new cases daily. Due to the firm's high level of Asian client base, language skills such as Urdu/ Punjabi are ideal but not essential. Remote working is a possibility.
