We are seeking an and inspired CDP for a high-profile, vibrant restaurant in West London . This is a key section and prep focused role for a chef ready to take the next step.

The Role: CDP

• Run your section with skill, focus, and flair during service
• Cook thoughtful, seasonal dishes with top-quality produce
• Keep your mise en place sharp, clean, and organised
• Communicate clearly and support a smooth, positive kitchen flow
• Own your prep and stock, and help lift up the team
• Share your knowledge and support junior chefs
• Bring energy, pride, and passion to every shift

The Ideal CDP

• Experience in quality restaurants as a CDP or strong Commis
• A love for great food and a respect for fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Calm under pressure and confident on the line
• A great attitude, with strong communication and team spirit
• A hunger to learn, grow, and be part of something new
• Solid understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
