What you’ll be up to - Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant

• Helping 3–5 year olds take their first big steps in learning
• Supporting children one-to-one and in small groups (including those with additional needs)
• Boosting early skills in phonics, reading, writing, and maths 📚
• Creating fun, play-based activities that spark curiosity
• Encouraging teamwork, kindness, and happy classroom vibes
• Getting stuck into daily routines, from playtime adventures to lunchtime fun

What we’re looking for - Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant

• A graduate (any subject – but Education, Psychology, or Sociology are extra handy!)
• Someone with enthusiasm, patience, and a big smile 😄
• A team player who can build strong, positive relationships
• Interested in a long-term career in teaching or child development
• Experience with children is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker
