About the Role:

As a Production Operative, you will be a vital part of our manufacturing team, working on the assembly and production line to help craft our holiday homes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a variety of machinery and hand tools to manufacture and assemble components

• Follow technical drawings, job specifications, and standard operating procedures

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety standards

• Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards

• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)

• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and operating machinery

• Good attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
