They are looking for an a Manager to join their team of hungry and dedicated individuals. This is a reputable brand that offers iconic hospitality, truly values people and culture, and serves delicious food.

Restaurant Manager responsibilities:

• You will ensure the restaurant is operating smoothly
• You will learn all aspects of running a multi-million-dollar operation
• Maintain brand standards and ensure the team are delivering the ultimate guest experience
• Reporting and providing support to the General Manager
• Ensuring that world-class customer service is provided to all customers

Restaurant Manager candidate:

• You will have good career stability and a passion for food and customer service
• You MUST be fluent in both English and Spanish
• You are a well-rounded and motivated restaurant professional who thrives in performance-driven environments
• You must be able to lead others and hold your own in a fast-paced environment, all while having a positive and humble personality
• You will have experience with labour budgets, writing schedules, and you must be able to develop, mentor, and supervise large teams
