A fast-growing hospitality group is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to elevate their digital footprint across all channels.

From high-end restaurants and cocktail bars to immersive omakase experiences, you will be at the digital helm of some of the capital’s most exciting venues.

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes digital, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings both analytical precision and creative vision to the table.

The role:

• Leading the performance and continuous improvement of all brand websites, ensuring they are visually striking, user-friendly, and conversion-optimised.
• Driving paid digital campaigns across social, search, and display, working in collaboration with top-tier creative and media partners.
• Owning the CRM strategy - building intelligent customer journeys, managing segmentation, and executing impactful email marketing campaigns.
• Collaborating with PR, content, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints.
• Monitoring digital KPIs and using data-driven insights to optimise performance and shape future strategy.
• Managing SEO and ensuring all content remains fresh, relevant, and engaging.
• Keeping ahead of industry trends and competitor activity, suggesting bold, innovative approaches to boost guest engagement.
• Supporting new venue launches and seasonal campaigns with tailored digital strategies that deliver results.

Experience:

• At least 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally in hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.
• A confident grasp of website management, SEO, CRM platforms, and paid digital advertising.
• A data-first mindset, with solid experience in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and WordPress or similar CMS.
• Experience briefing creative teams and an eye for what works visually across digital formats.
• Strong project management abilities, attention to detail, and a collaborative working style.
• Clear, confident communication and a proactive, can-do attitude.
