About the Role:
As a Night Support Worker, you will play a key role in providing high-quality, therapeutic care to young people within the companies integrated residential services. You’ll act as a shift leader, role model, and guide for your team, helping to create a nurturing and stable environment where young people can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver therapeutic, child-centred care in line with each young person's Quality of Life Plan.

  • Support the physical and emotional wellbeing of the young people in your care.

  • Provide clear direction and challenge poor practice when necessary.

  • Ensure the safety and welfare of residents, remaining alert to any signs of distress, neglect, or abuse.

  • Promote and uphold the values, culture, and behavioural expectations of the company.

  • Contribute to maintaining a homely, supportive atmosphere that reflects the wishes and needs of the young people.

What we’re looking for:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Caring for Children and Young People / Children and Young People's Workforce (Essential)

  • Previous experience in a similar role (Essential)

  • DBS certificate (Desirable)
