KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a PVG Head Chef to work with our client based in Dundee.

As a PVG Head Chef your working days and hours are:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00- 14:00

The rate of pay as a PVG Head Chef is:

• £20.00 p/h

The duties and responsibilities as a Chef are:

• Cooking and preparing high quality dishes 
• Being responsible for Health and Safety 
• Being responsible for Food Hygiene Practices 
• Ensuring food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created 
• Ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations incluidng sanitary and dfood safety guidelines 
• 50 covers Lunch (Main and Desert) 

The ideal candidate for a Head Chef would need:

• Previous experience working as a PVG Chef
• Ability to work well individually or in a team environment
• Food Hygiene Level 2
