The Account Manager Role:

As Account Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind client relationships—managing live projects, optimising listings, and delivering high-impact results across leading marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager:

  • Be the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service and communication
  • Run client review meetings, track performance, and anticipate business needs
  • Manage product onboarding from selection through to listing on retail platforms
  • Conduct pricing and market research to guide client proposals
  • Coordinate with teams to collect and QA product content, imagery, and data
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities and develop account expansion strategies
  • Help pitch our services to new prospective clients

What We’re Looking For

  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Strong Excel and data handling skills
  • Previous experience in retail, buying, e-commerce or product listing
  • Knowledge of SEO, marketplaces, or digital marketing is a big plus
  • Experience with CMS or online retail platforms preferred
  • Bonus: basic Photoshop/image editing skills
