A legal consultancy in Cheshire are looking for a residential conveyancing locum to help out for a period of 5-6 weeks starting from the end of June 2025. You will be manning the inbox of a solicitor and work will include checking and sending property reports, delegating replies to enquiries (and dealing with some replies), and dealing with exchanges and completions. There is a small team of people to assist with setting up completions and property reports are done by another member of staff but will need checking and sending.
 
The offices are based in Wilmslow, and either office-based, hybrid or remote working is fine. You will need to be available on a full-time basis for the duration of the assignment.
