Polish Speaking General Manager

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Lead and oversee operational teams to ensure seamless service execution and excellence.

• Monitor key performance indicators, drive improvements, and implement best practices.

• Develop strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring excellent service and communication.

• Attend client meetings, represent the company professionally, and foster strong partnerships.

• Engage with external stakeholders to support business development and strategic goals.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure operations adhere to industry regulations and internal compliance standards.

• Support risk management initiatives and maintain high safety and quality standards.

Strategic Planning & Reporting

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute business strategies.

• Prepare and present operational reports, budgets, and forecasts.

• Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent Polish speaker – Highly beneficial but not essential.

• Proven experience in a leadership or general management role within a dynamic and growing company.

• Strong decision-making abilities and a confident approach to problem-solving.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and teams.

• A proactive, resilient individual who thrives in a positive and fast-moving environment.

• Full UK driving licence required.
