As a Project Manager, you will be crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of a diverse range of renewable energy projects, including residential installations, large-scale commercial ventures, and maintenance services. This role requires a hands-on approach, a proactive mindset, and the ability to coordinate effectively with both internal teams and external contractors. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll collaborate with a team of Project Managers and installation professionals to drive the successful completion of projects and foster personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Internal and External Resources: Ensure seamless project execution by managing both in-house teams and third-party contractors.
• Ensure Timely, Budget-Conscious Delivery: Oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop Project Scopes and Objectives: Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear project objectives and scopes.
• Manage Resource Allocation: Oversee the availability and allocation of resources throughout the project.
• Create and Track Project Plans: Develop detailed project plans and maintain oversight of progress.
• Change Management: Utilize verification techniques to handle any changes in project scope, schedule, or costs.
• Measure and Report Project Performance: Use appropriate tools and techniques to assess project performance and report outcomes.
• Client and Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Third-Party Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with third-party vendors involved in the projects.
• Maintain Project Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Contribute to Business Development: Assist in the development of new business opportunities and lead assessments.

• Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in planning, executing, and closing projects, with a solid understanding of methodologies and tools.
• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage teams and align them with project goals.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with renewable energy technologies, including installation, maintenance, and system integration.
