We are recruiting for Trainee Mechanical Assembler / Technicians to work for our prestigious client based in Weston-Super-Mare.

Trainee Mechanical Assembler / Technician

Location: Weston Super Mare

Hourly Rate: £13 - £14 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm; Friday, 7:30 am - 1:30 pm

Pay: Weekly, every Friday

Overtime: Available

Job Type: Full Time, Temporary – Permanent Opportunity

This is a great opportunity to work within a newly refurbished Engineering, Production, and Manufacturing environment.

We are looking for someone has previous experience in the use of both hand and power tools, with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings or someone who is keen to learn and is capable of performing assembling tasks from instruction.

Key Responsibilities for Assembly Technician:

• Perform manufacturing and engineering tasks according to technical and engineering drawings.

• Accurately read and follow technical/engineering drawings.
• Conduct inspection, testing, and quality control processes.
• Adhere to strict health and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications & Skills Required for Assembly Technician:

• Previous experience in a Manufacturing, Production, or Engineering setting.
• Proficiency in reading and working from technical/engineering drawings.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
