Salary: £83.39 - £98 per day

The school is looking to take on a full-time Higher Level Teaching Assistant / HLTA for the full academic year who is experienced in 1 to 1 sessions as well as supporting in group settings. The successful applicant will adapt easily to different year groups and uses their initiative.

The successful Higher Level Teaching Assistant will have:

• A Level 4 qualification in Education
• Previous experience supporting children in EYFS / KS1 / KS2
• First Aid Qualification (preferred)
• Skills in managing difficult situations
• A positive and motivating approach to children
• Ability to step up and teach a full classroom
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Fantastic knowledge of the curriculum
