A company that specialises in offering commercial services to police forces around the country is looking for a commercial solicitor to work in their in-house legal department, fully remotely from home. The company is happy to consider commercial solicitors with a minimum of 5 years' PQE from either an in-house or private practice background.
 
Workload to include:
 
·Data protection
·Public procurement
·Corporate law matters
·Business Compliance
·Drafting, modifying, and reviewing standard materials such as procurement templates, contracts and tender documents.
·Drafting framework agreements
·Collaborating with external lawyers on complex work
·Identifying regulatory change issues that are relevant for internal stakeholders.
·Supporting a broad range of general commercial legal work.
·General commercial legal advice
·Commercial dispute resolution where necessary (pre-litigation).
·General negotiation and completion of commercial contracts.
The company is happy to consider full-time or part-time applicants. The role will be permanent and salary levels "starting from 83.5k".  Full job description available on request.
