A property management company is looking for a leasehold reform or landlord and tenant lawyer to head up their in-house legal department. The successful candidate will mainly be based at the firm's Southend office (managing  seven members of staff) but occasional attendance at the Mayfair office is likely to be required as well as working from home where possible. They will also need to have experience in lease extension and enfranchisement matters. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels will be negotiable depending on experience but should be very competitive. Full job spec available on request.
